Employee’s participation in decision making and workers commitment in selected telecommunication organizations in the Niger-Delta

This study was set up to examine the place of employee’s involvement in decision making on worker’s performance telecommunication industry Niger Delta. The carried out using a sample 329 respondents which cut across MTN, GLO and Airtel companies operating Delta Region Nigeria. adopted use questionnaire as tool for data collection descriptive statistics analysis collected. result showed that participation has nexus with employee commitment organizational goals. Workers will besides committing them goals also enhance their productivity, employees organizations do not participate organization organization. found good work environment subordinates put best if they contribute concern operation. therefore recommends should make part company policy this commitment, productivity satisfaction well create friendly working environment.
